My Journey to This Work
For years, my life followed a traditional blueprint of success. I built a
company from the ground up, grew it to more than 60 employees, and eventually navigated a successful business exit. From the outside, I had achieved many of the things we're taught to work toward.
But over time, I began asking deeper questions about what actually creates a fulfilling life.
That search led me to explore clarity, balance, alignment, and the way we relate to ourselves and to life itself. I came to see that our greatest challenges are not always simply obstacles to overcome. Sometimes, they become our greatest teachers – revealing patterns, shifting our perspective, and guiding us back toward what matters most.
I spent years studying personal growth, human behavior, and transformational change, looking for practical ways to bridge the gap between external achievement and internal fulfillment.
That journey ultimately led to the creation of the Rialignment Method™ – a framework designed to help people slow down, see their lives more clearly, reconnect with their own wisdom, and move forward with greater intention.

What I Believe
I don't believe fulfillment comes from creating a perfect life. I believe it comes from learning to relate to yourself, your circumstances, and life itself in a different way.
Life Doesn't Have to Feel This Hard
We often create more suffering through resistance, overthinking, and trying to control what we cannot control.
You Already Know More Than You Think
Clarity often begins when we quiet the outside noise and learn to trust our own inner wisdom.
Perspective Changes Experience
We may not always control what happens, but the way we relate to what happens can transform how we experience life.
Difficult Experiences Can Teach Us
Challenges, disappointments, and failures can become powerful opportunities for growth, clarity, and realignment.
Letting Go Creates Space
Releasing the need to control every outcome can create room for greater peace, possibility, and trust.
Gratitude Changes What We Notice
When we intentionally recognize what is already good, we begin to experience our lives differently.
Growth Begins With Honest Self-Awareness
Meaningful change starts when we become willing to see our patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
We Each Have Something Meaningful to Share
A fulfilling life includes discovering our gifts and using them in ways that contribute to others.

A Little More About Me
When I'm not coaching, speaking, or writing, you'll often find me hiking, salsa dancing, reading, traveling, or simply enjoying the everyday moments that make life meaningful.
I'm also a proud mom, and becoming a parent has deepened my appreciation for presence, perspective, and what truly matters. Like everyone else, I'm continually learning, growing, and practicing the principles I share in my work.

For me, alignment isn't about having a perfect life. It's about staying connected to yourself and finding meaning, joy, and gratitude along the way.
